Three packages, billed per person

You pay for the people who actually worked in a given month, not for accounts that exist. The first 30 days cost nothing.

Basic

For an agency that wants its pool, its contracts and its statutory periods in one place.

Billing model

What is counted is who worked

Billing is per user who was active at least once in a month. An account that went unused in July costs nothing in July. That is why we do not count accounts: an office with seasonal staff would otherwise pay the same in winter as in summer.

Use both products and you pay once

NCS-Staffing, NCS-Facility and NCS-Immo run on one platform. A customer there is one tenant with one subscription, even when they use several products. A dispatcher who plans shifts in NCS-Facility in the morning and releases timesheets in NCS-Staffing in the afternoon is one person and is billed once.

In practice: if you already have an account with us, do not create a second one for NCS-Staffing. Add it inside the tenant you have. The registration on this site is for the first account.

Why there are no figures here yet

The prices are not settled, and we are not estimating them either: a figure on a pricing page gets read, passed on and quoted in an offer, and correcting it later costs more trust than an honest gap. Ask us and you get a figure that holds.

The trial

30 days, and then you decide

No payment details
To sign up we need the company name, an e-mail address and the address your account should be reachable under.
No automatic renewal
The trial ends after 30 days. It does not turn into a subscription without your consent.
Why 30 days and not 14
Because a billing run cannot be judged in two weeks: the timesheets of a whole month have to be released, valued and invoiced once. The trial should reach past a month-end close.
Your data afterwards
If nothing comes of the trial, we delete the tenant when you tell us to. Write to us and it is done.
